ErgoDeck Open Grid with GritWorks! is used in wet, slippery areas where extra traction is essential. It has large openings for better flow-through and the GritWorks! surface provides 40% more traction than the minimum OSHA recommendation. ErgoDeck is a system of 18" x 18" super-sized ergonomic tiles. These professional grade components are incredibly substantial, and are designed with an excellent durometer to prevent standing worker fatigue and encourage productivity. These larger components quickly and easily cover large areas and require less time and labor to install. The tiles are engineered to provide flexibility underfoot and reduce fatigue, yet also to withstand cart traffic and heavy usage. Tiles can endure up to 64 psi, the equivalent of a 300 lb. cart with 4" diameter wheels. ErgoDeck has LockSafe , a patented and totally effective, interlocking system that quickly "locks" tiles together, and keeps them together despite constant use. The tiles are accurately aligned for a neat, and seamless floor without maintenance or safety headaches.

 

Barefoot^® is not a simple mat. It is a complete flooring system designed to meet the actual needs of industry, government and commerce.

Barefoot^® ergonomic flooring can provide custom-sized blocks to fit any floor plan with minimum effort or cutting. It can be purchased in sizes varying from 2 x 3 feet all the way up to 60 feet long by 12 feet wide. Any section can be connected with other sections to build larger areas or complete rooms.

Every Barefoot^® module is beveled for safety. Each module interlocks. A single Barefoot module can be used as a "mat," or connected modules will make runners and cover entire floors. You can make narrow or wide runners, 90-degree turns, T- or off-center intersections, U-turns...

Connecting Mats: Simply align the Barefoot^® mats, with the cavity of one over the interlocking strip of the other. Make sure the corners are touching. Then gently tap the units together, starting at one corner. The interlocking system is self-aligning. It is easy to make two mats zip-lock together.

Finishing the Edge: Barefoot^® is designed to leave a finished edge in every application. The interlocking strip can be removed to leave bevels around the outside of your flooring area. A few light passes with a utility knife cuts through the high-quality rubber and permanently removes the interlocking strip, so be sure not to remove it until you are certain you don't need it.
